Terms and disclaimer

ScamMark provides general consumer information and research support, not a guarantee of safety, legal advice or law-enforcement service.

No guarantee of safety or fraud

No checklist, article, automated tool or research page can conclusively certify every person, company, website, offer or message as legitimate or fraudulent. ScamMark reports observable signals and available evidence. Use consequential findings as a starting point for independent verification.

Automated checker limitations

The website checker performs a limited, non-invasive review of public registration, DNS and ordinary web-response information. It does not authenticate, submit forms, execute arbitrary page JavaScript, exploit vulnerabilities or conduct penetration testing. Technical weakness does not prove fraud, and technically strong configuration does not prove legitimacy.

Public research can change

ScamMark may separately publish editorial research pages using public evidence. Domain ownership, websites, infrastructure, company records, warnings and other public evidence can change. A ScamMark report reflects the evidence available at the stated review date and should be read with that timing in mind.

No guarantee of recovery

Recovery of money or accounts depends on the facts, timing, providers and jurisdiction. ScamMark does not guarantee recovery and does not hold itself out as a fund-recovery service.

No legal advice

Reporting, consumer-rights and dispute procedures vary by jurisdiction. Official instructions and qualified professional advice take priority when appropriate.

External services

Links to third parties are provided for verification and reporting convenience. ScamMark does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability or policies.
